This handmade glass dip pen is a true work of art, crafted from durable borosilicate glass. Its hollow body is filled with crushed dichroic glass that shimmers and changes color depending on the angle or lighting. Measuring 14.5 cm in length, with a 7.1 mm grip section, this pen comes with a leaf-shaped glass pen pillow (4.8 cm). An optional 15 ml bottle of black ink is available to choose from the drop-down menu.
The color palette of clear, blue, and color-shifting dichroic glass makes this pen an elegant and unique writing instrument. Each pen nib is carefully sanded to provide a smooth writing experience and holds ink securely in its grooves to prevent drips. When finished, rinse the pen with water and dry it with a soft cloth.
Annealed in a digital kiln for strength and durability, every pen is made with care in my home studio in Akrata, Greece. No two pens are alike, but you can request a similar design or choose from a range of colors.
