This handmade glass dip pen is crafted from durable borosilicate glass and features a hollow body filled with crushed glass and sparkling mica dust that shimmers with silver and purple hues. The pen measures 15.2 cm in length, with a 6.5 mm grip section, and comes with a matching leaf-shaped glass pen pillow (5.2 cm). An optional 15 ml bottle of black ink is available to choose from the drop-down menu.
The color combination of clear, transparent deep blue, and shimmering mica creates a captivating visual effect, making this pen a truly unique writing tool. The nib is specifically designed to produce bold, thick strokes, making it ideal for dynamic writing and artistic designs. Each nib is carefully sanded for a smooth and precise writing experience, and the grooves in the nib hold the ink in place to prevent dripping. After use, simply rinse with water and dry with a soft cloth.
Each pen is annealed in a digital kiln to ensure strength, durability, and longevity. All of my pieces are handmade in my home studio in Akrata, Greece. No two pens are alike, but you can request a similar design or choose from different colors. Perfect for calligraphy, journaling, or as a special gift for artists and writers.
