Cool blue tones sweep through this galaxy pendant, deep and oceanic, with a floating opal planet glowing at the center like a distant world. The silver fuming adds a shimmer of starlight, so the whole piece feels lit from inside.
Sinem lampworks each pendant by hand in her home studio in Akrata, Greece, encasing the opal in borosilicate (Pyrex-grade) glass. The blue galaxy is layered individually over the flame, making every piece one of a kind; no other will share exactly this color.
Light, wearable and quietly hypnotic, it is a lovely everyday piece for lovers of blue, of the cosmos, and of galaxy glass, and it gives beautifully as a keepsake.
