Fine silver fuming wraps this galaxy in a soft metallic glow, and at its heart a floating opal planet catches fire in miniature. Move it in the light and the deep field seems to turn, the opal flashing new color from within the glass.
Sinem makes each pendant by hand in her studio in Akrata, a seaside town in Greece, encasing the opal in borosilicate (Pyrex-grade) glass over the flame. Every galaxy is worked one at a time, so the shading and the opal's play are unique to this piece; it is one of a kind.
