Handmade Glass Pendant with Star-Shaped Opal and Ghost White Background
A star-shaped opal glows against a soft ghost-white ground, its edges catching color as it moves. The pale backdrop makes the opal's blues and greens seem to hover, a small luminous constellation you can wear at the throat.
Sinem shapes and encases each pendant by hand in her seaside studio in Akrata, Greece, using borosilicate (Pyrex-grade) glass and the lampworking flame. The opal is set individually, so its flash and the drift of the white background differ in every piece; yours is one of a kind.
