Where we ship

We ship worldwide from Greece, with dedicated pricing for the European Union (prices in EUR) and the United States (prices in USD). Duties and local taxes, where applicable, are shown at checkout for supported regions.

Careful packaging

Glass art is fragile by nature, so every order is wrapped by hand in protective layers and shipped in a rigid box. Marbles and pendants travel in padded enclosures designed to survive the journey.

Processing & delivery

• Orders are prepared within 2–4 business days.
• EU delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days.
• US delivery typically arrives within 7–14 business days.
• A tracking number is provided for every shipment.

Returns & breakage

If a piece arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will make it right. Because each item is one of a kind and handmade to order in some cases, please reach out before returning any item so we can guide you through the process.
